You’re in the right place if you want high-quality custom engraving and personalized hat work. I create custom headwear, engraved slate coasters, tumblers, dog tags for people and pets, and one-of-a-kind laser-cut patches and designs. Use the menu options to explore how my custom hat process works, see examples of engraved items, and learn more about the materials and options available.
Headwear is everywhere—and now more visible than ever. During the rise of Zoom and video meetings, hats quickly became a prominent way to showcase branding, personality, and style. There are many ways to decorate a hat, from dimensional materials to ink and heat-transfer vinyl. But the newest and most popular trend is custom patches. They
offer a bold, modern look for logos and designs, and the results are incredible. Take a look at the examples I’ve included to see what’s possible.
When it comes to laser engraving, you can create incredibly detailed and unique results across a wide range of materials. From stainless steel and coated tumblers to slate coasters, dog tags, metal cards, and custom patches, the possibilities are almost limitless. Different engraving methods produce different effects. Modern IR and diode laser systems allow for clean, permanent marks that resist wear, fading, and scratching.
Depending on the material, engraving can produce natural metal contrasts, deep black marks, or even subtle color variations on certain stainless steels. Laser engraving is ideal for short runs, highly detailed designs, and personalized items such as pet tags, nameplates, logos, and gift pieces. Unlike traditional printing, there are no minimums—you can order a single custom item or a batch, and the quality will be consistent every time. For bold, high-contrast designs on materials like stainless steel, aluminum, and slate, engraving creates a sharp and professional finish. For coated items such as tumblers or powder-coated tags, the laser removes the coating cleanly to reveal the metal beneath, giving a crisp, polished look. Laser engraving is the perfect choice when you want durability, precision, and a premium finish that stands out on everything from slate coasters to tumblers, dog tags, and custom-designed hat patches.
I will work with you and give 100%+ to provide you with exactly what you want and take all the steps necessary to accompliosh that. That is my promise to you. Ted
